Some of our smaller packages may include travel fees but most of our packages are all inclusive. Please let us know if you have any questions about travel fees and we will be happy to help!

Examples of travel fees would be:
- Two night hotel room
- Fuel fee for our smaller packages (based on distance and logistics)

How Do I Book Honey Films for My Wedding?

Step 1: Submit a Wedding Inquiry

Visit our Packages page and complete the Get in Touch form.

Step 2: Sign Your Wedding Film Contract

Your booking email will include:

Information about your package

Your wedding videography contract (E-SIGN)
A secure retainer payment link for credit/debit payments
Option to mail in check, or money order

Step 3: Pay Your Retainer

Retainers begin at 25% of your wedding package
Payment via debit card, credit card, check, or money order
Credit and debit card payments include a 3.5% processing fee

Once your contract and retainer are received, your date is officially reserved.

When Is the Final Payment Due?

Your remaining balance is due on your wedding day.

About one week before your wedding, we will:

Send your final payment link
Request your wedding day timeline

To avoid card fees, we recommend paying by check on the wedding day.

What Happens on the Wedding Day?

Do You Record Vows or Letter Readings?

Yes. Wedding film packages include the option to record private vow or letter readings.
